We get phone calls from home owners, investors and renovators asking how much to render their house or building.
Generally we talk in square meter rates when quoting, but that can be hard for people to understand as to how that translates to an overall cost for them.
So to simplify it, we will can provide a rough estimate for those needing a ball park figure to help in their decision as to render or not to render.
As a rough guide, an average 3 bedroom house 120 sqm’s, could cost as little as $3800+ to render, depending on the type of brickwork and some other mitigating factors.
If it is just street appeal you are looking for and reduced cost, it could cost as little as $1000+ to render just the front of your house, making it an affordable way to increase the value of your property.
